Robert A. Manson, P.A. is a legal corporation that has been in existence for over 20 years. Over a decade ago, the firm determined that it was appropriate to concentrate in one area following the old adage "jack of all trades, master of none". The firm now practices almost exclusively in the area of family and juvenile law. The areas covered within that field include custody, grandparent's rights, third party custody, paternity, parenting time and visitation, divorce/marital dissolution, legal separation, child support, spousal maintenance, child protection proceedings, orders for protection and any other family related areas that may arise.
Our focus on one area has allowed us to excel in the field of family law. Our philosophy is simple, a good settlement is the best solution, but one has to be prepared to go to court if necessary.
